Here are the challenge details:
Tears for Peers is the world’s first tear bank that allows people to donate tears for their friends, family, and colleagues that can’t produce them on their own. They have had a recent surge in calls into their reservations call center after opening their first cry room featuring movies like Marley and Me and Steel Magnolias. They have purchased 2Ring’s DASHBOARDS and WALLBOARDS and are asking you to help them to configure it so that they can have a better idea of what’s going on in-and-outside their call center.
Tasks:
- Create a copy of “Eng Deathmatch” layout and name it YourFirstName [1 point]
- Allow Anonymous Access to your Layout [1 point]
- Make Layout display fullscreen on user’s screen [1 point]
- Do not show Toolbar [1 point]
- Publish your layout [1 point]
- Tweet about this engineering deathmatch challenge [1 point] and include link to your layout in your tweet [1 point], “Hey #CLUS, I am currently working on @EngDeathmatch challenge by building @2Ring4UC Wallboard for #CCTR. - Change the theme used for your Layout to “Fancy” [1 point]
- Find out what KPI makes that annoying “ding” noise and turn the audible alert off [3 points]
- Update your Layout to only include 4 KPIs (instead of 6), pick 4 that you find to be the most useful (tell us all why you picked these 4 metrics – you can also discuss it with your Competitor) [2+4 points – 2 points if 4 KPIs only, 4 additional points if placed in the layout symmetrically and not overlapping]

- Replace 2Ring DW video with your favorite music video on YouTube (Volume more than 0) [2 points]
- Remove “Work” and “Reserved” segments in Agent States Pie Chart [2 bonus points]
- Change the ticket position and size so that it is not being overlapped by logos [1 bonus point]
- Changing the aspect ratio from 16:9 to Unlocked [1 point]
- Add a small clock in between the video and the Pie Chart with date (MM-DD-YYYY and time HH:MM:SS) [4 points]
- In Agent State Grid select the list of agents to display (Barry and Daniel) [3 bonus points]
