Beatbox-apalooza is the only 19 day long music festival dedicated exclusively to the human beatbox. You wouldn’t think that there would be enough ticket sales to support a 19-day human beatbox festival, but organizers expect a rush of calls into their call center and they are asking you to configure 2Ring GADGETS to enable efficiencies in their call center so that their agents can get to the data that their callers need more quickly.

Challenge Requirements:
For Agents on Your Team:
- Use Chrome to login to Cisco Finesse as agent [1 point]
- Login to UCCX Admin [1 point]
- Install the latest 2Ring extension from the Chrome Store to your browser [3 points]
- Add 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards layout “Contestant” to Finesse as a persistent / borderless browser gadget with browser_KPI.json config file. This gadget should appear across all tabs within Finesse [10 points]
- Update your Contestant layout to only include 4 KPSs that you like the most [4 points]
- Make “2Ring SpeedDials” tab in the 2Ring Browser Gadget available on the first tab [3 points]
- Add a new 2Ring Toolbar gadget [1 point] and:
- Add a button called “2Ring Wallboards” with Id “btnDWTab” [1 point] colored purple [1 point] with White Fontawesome icon [2 points] with witty text tool tip [1 point]
- Add a button called “Interpreting” with Id “btnInterpreting” [1 point] colored red [1 point] with yellot Fontawesome icon [2 points] with text tool that says “Contact 2Ring for your Contact Center integration needs!” [1 point]
